Randi brings two decades of experience in the United States Army, with the majority of her career spent in Special Operations. During that time, she honed a talent for building and leading diverse, high-performing teams in challenging environments. Her passion for helping others emerged while earning her MBA in NC State University’s Jenkins MBA program, where she concentrated in Marketing Management and Sustainable Business.

Currently, Randi is furthering her expertise at Vanderbilt Law School and pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, combining legal knowledge with strategic leadership skills. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is a proud girl mom of two — a teen and a baby — and an avid lover of all things outdoors. Randi’s unique blend of military leadership, business acumen, and dedication to empowering others shapes her approach to guiding individuals and organizations toward meaningful growth.
